POA- DOR

I just found out that my AMH level is extremely low. I am so heartbroken and still in disbelief. I went to fertility doc after trying for 6 months thinking they would tell me I need to get on it, but that everything was ok. I was not expecting the news I found out.

Anyone else in this situation? What did you do? I am 37 btw. I have one 6 year old daughter who is the love of my life. I just always thought I would have more when the time was right. But I waited too long.
