Upper stomach pain?? Gas??

Ladies!!! I feel like I’m dying right now. I have upper stomach pain that radiates to my sides. It comes and goes and I have soooo much gas!!! I keep burping and farting and pooping. I feel like vomiting too. What is going on with me?? How do I stop this madness 😭

Serious indigestion or maybe mild food poisoning. When I get like this I do yoga poses to stretch out my abdomen to help things pass. Reclining goddess is a favorite
