I need some advice and support... So I worked for a day care for about a year and a half before I went on maternity leave. I was taken out of work a due to high blood pressure, basically my doctor said it was so high it wasn’t safe for me to be working and I was being watched very close to see when I should be induced. That was at 37w. I’ve been out of work for 15 weeks but 3 of those weeks were for medical reasons. I told my boss 30 days in advance I was taking TCI just like I had to. And yesterday she emailed me saying that she had to fill my spot at work and that my hours weren’t available anymore. So now with two kids I have no job.. I went out on maternity leave thinking I had a stable job I would be returning to. I mean why wouldn’t I? I’ve been there for almost 2 years, no issues and I loved being there. I’m pretty much at my breaking point. It was already hard enough to adjust having two kids but now this.
