Bleeding

Hey ladies. I'm concerned and not even sure what to do. I'm currently 11 weeks 4 days and have not had any spotting of the kind the entire pregnancy. I have however had 2 previous miscarriages both on the early side .. 6 weeks and 8 weeks. So yesterday we had a long one, road tripping till late at night. Once we got our destination I felt really crampy but dismissed it as regular growing pains of pregnancy. An hour later I felt really unwell. My stomach hurt badly and I felt like I needed to sit in the washroom to either throw up or just sit on the toilet. I was sitting on the toilet to be shocked to see a fair bit of fresh blood in the toilet. I wiped a few times and sure enough .. it seemed to have to slowed down since. This morning there is nothing. Obviously I initially was very upset and crying... And had we been home I probably would've went in.. but we are on vacation now in another province in a small town. I'm still feeling pretty crampy today but not sure what to do. Suggestions ? Sorry for the long story.
