Curious if anyone has had luck weaning their baby off overnight feeds. My guy is 6.5 months old and formula fed. He doesn’t need to eat overnight but likes the comfort of it I think.

I’ve recently started sleep training him and it’s going well. However, he still has one major wake up overnight to which he cries and screams and won’t settle with the sleep training technique we are implementing. The only thing that settles him is a bottle. It’s typically a quick feed and I put him down right after and he falls back asleep on his own easily. It’s not a huge deal but I know he’s capable of going without it and want to start trying to wean him off (his pedi also stated he doesn’t need to eat overnight).

Just wondering if anyone has done this and had luck, and what they did. Thanks mamas!
