Poop formula fed baby

My LO is 3 weeks old today. She was BF for the first 5 days and we switched to formula. She was on enfamil and we switched to Gerber soothe since that’s what wic pays for. She’s been using that for 2 weeks. This past week she’s only been pooping once a day. And yesterday she didn’t have a bowel

Movement. She finally did this morning at 6 am. I started giving her probiotics. Is it normal for her only to have 1 poo a day?

Any suggestions?
