Yes, absolutely! The recommended minimum amount is 24-36 per child. I have two kiddos in diapers and have 65 diapers.

That’s plenty. You have to remember that you will need to wash about every 2 or 3 days to prevent mold. If you change diapers about 8 times a day then 24 would be enough. It also depends on if you’re hang drying them inside or in the sun for how fast your laundry can be turned around. 
I was fortunate to inherit from 2 sets of in-laws and couldn’t even tell you how many I have. It sounds like you’re set with 70 though 👍👍

I think that's tons! I wish I had that many! Just remember you still have to wash every 2-3 days or you will have PROBLEMS....
