Pain on right side

I'm 24 + 3 weeks pregnant and have had the worst pain on my right side in the small of my back, side, and sometimes abdominal areas. It's mostly my back though. I've had it for a week now. I let my OB office know. They asked if I had burning, urgency, or blood with urination which I do not. They weren't very concerned and just recommended heat, Tylenol, and stretching. I've done most with some relief but it just will not go away and it has been a week. Should I be concerned?
