I shower everyday but I’ve had depressive episodes where I don’t shower for 1 week+. It makes me feel gross but sometimes I just could care less. 🤷‍♀️

5 days while houseboating but since we were in the lake a lot we were able to rinse like mud and stuff off

Honestly i think it was more than a week but i’m not sure because i was going through severe depression. Oh well past is the past and now i hope i can help others from my experience

Six days... I was climbing mount kilimanjaro. Too cold to shower.
