Accumulative sleep loss

Prepregnany I was an amazing sleeper. Rarely woke up during the night, fell asleep fast & always got at least 8 hours. At about 25 weeks my sleep really started to be impacted by pregnancy, most due to back pain & trouble going back to sleep after having to pee during the night. For about 3 weeks now I’ve been getting broken sleep and probably 5-6 hours total. It’s really starting to catch up to me! When it’s really bad I get panic attacks, can’t nap, and am quick to cry. It’s just not like me to have sleep trouble so it’s wearing on my fast. I have a pregnancy pillow & take baths often but still having issues. Anyone else in my boat?!
