Just started geritol
I’m on cd3 and 3 days of taking geritol. First, the energy it gives me is amazing. Not jittery or anything. I love it so far.
What dose is everyone taking? Just the 1tbsp once a day? Wasn’t sure if there was a different dose for us ttc takers.
Is this safe to continue if I do get pregnant?
