I have gestational diabetes!!

First for foremost I’m embarrassed, ashamed I feel like I failed as a mom, and she is not even here. I would lying if I said I have eaten healthy I have definitely slacked. I am so embarrassed I don’t even want to tell my boyfriend. He been on me to be active and I haven’t 😞 if I tell him I’ll get the * I told you so* I’m so stubborn I don’t think I can tell him

I have to go pick up my equipment from pharmacy, I have an ultrasound on Oct 27 when she measured last time she said I measured 2 inches ahead.

For those of you who have have gestational diabetes did you go full term ? Did you need insulin? I am afraid what if she has birth defects from this I just feel very lost, upset and mad 😭
