ITCHY BUMP HELP

There is an terribly itchy spot at the top of my labia major, like in the fold. It doesn’t have a head or anything but you can feel this like hard area under the skin. I don’t think it is a pimple or wort or anything found on google. I just remember after accidentally scratching myself way too hard it hurt SOOOO BAD for like a whole minute. I think it could be a mosquito bite but it doesn’t look much different it just is a little swollen in the area. Idk what it is it when it will go away. It kinda got worse. Its been like a week.
