Dating while pregnant/with a baby??

So I’m 18 and I’m pregnant. The babies father is very very very immature and I don’t think it’s going to work out with him. I’ve tried to stay for the sake of the baby but I see now that staying with him will not benefit the baby in any way. So I was wondering if anyone has dated someone while they were pregnant or if you already had a baby by another man? I just don’t wanna end up alone and I feel like no one will want me now that I’m pregnant with another mans child. I just want me and my baby to be loved. Is it possible ?😞
