Anybody else order their free breast pump from Edgepark Medical?

Because of my insurance I had to wait until I was within 30 days of my due date to order my breast pump. So I did, I'm due 8/18, ordered it on 7/18. They said it could take 7-10 days until it ships and they'd contact me by email if I had a copayment or whatever. Well it's been over ten days, over ten business days, and I haven't heard anything from them. No email, no phone call, nothing. I have no intact info for them, just a phone number if I want to unsubscribe from their emails. I responded to the receipt email, no reply from them.
