Looks like pupps. Keep checking your blood pressure though and just overall health. I started to become really itchy towards 35 weeks and they had to induce me because it became unbearable, and my blood pressure was going up really high with my protein counts also being extremely high. I was perfectly fine with great blood pressure throughout my whole pregnancy till I started to become super itchy.
