Can YOU wear heals while pregnant?

Just wondering because i cant my feet swell up if i try. Anyone else have this problem. I miss heals.

I'm swelling alot, so i had to put them away. With a wedge I swell too :-(  It sucks because I'm short and known for my various heels

My husband is a little shorter than me so I’ve missed heels for 6 years. Just looks too weird me being 5-6” taller than him

I wore some today. My feet only got a little swollen after the whole day in them but I stick with something with a chunkier heel or wedges.

The issue is balance. As you get larger your balance and risk of falling increases.
