Chicken pox or hand, foot and mouth?

Any ideas if this is chicken pox or hand, foot and mouth disease?

My son has developed these spots over a couple of days. He’s not been well in himself and no appetite. I can’t get him to take calpol and struggling to get him to even take fluids. I’ve been giving him extra milk and ice lollies to try get fluid in as he’s got no appetite. The strange thing is his torso is clear the spots are on his face, arms, hands, bum, legs & feet. But they are starting to blister like chicken pox but have missed his torso?
