Love this!!! Use it to catch on the other breast when nursing like people have mentioned (be careful not to knock it off!) or to relieve engorgement. I will massage to get a let down or use a hot compress. I’ve collected almost 30 oz in 2 weeks 🙌🏻

I find the Hakka to be essential while breastfeeding! When my milk came in my breasts would let down and leak while my baby was nursing on the opposite side. It felt wasteful to let all that liquid gold leak down into a breast pad. I got the Hakka and just put it on the breast that the baby isn’t using during a nursing session. I collect anywhere from 3-4 Ounces in the morning during a single session. Only downside is it can overfill and leak if you try it while reclined, best if you sit up while using and watch out for those baby feet and hands that love to kick it off 😂!!

For me it either needs to used on the opposite side while baby is eating or be used right after he’s done. It’s hard to get your milk going with just that alone, but I love it. I get about 3oz a day with it, but I only use it to relieve engorgement or baby not eating enough.

Omg I love the haakaa portable and very easy to use don’t have to lug around cords and plugs.

It only works for me if I attach it to the other boob while my son nurses. It doesn’t work like a traditional manual pump for me.
