When did your LO transition to 2 naps? (Add tips in the comments!!)

So funny I posted this exact question recently! My 6.5 month old is in between 2 and 3 naps. It really depends on his nap lengths and when he wakes up from that last one. If it’s too early he needs a third one.. even if it’s just a 15 minute catnap. If it’s at least 3:30pm or later he can usually make it to bedtime (which I aim for 7pm). I think he’s close to dropping that last one.

We set a 2 nap schedule at 4 months. She then dropped down to 1 nap a day at 13 months.

Between 8 and 9 months. Still between 9 and 10 months he would need a cat nap sometimes. Now at 10 months he’s only on 2 naps consistently now.
