Hey ladies.. so I’ve been having some weird discharge. It’s white, but not too thick, but also not too runny. I’m not sure what it could be.

I’m almost 90% sure that I had my period early/ mid September. My periods come either at the beginning or at the end of the month. During the month of September I had a emergency ER visit & I took a pregnancy test which came back negative (on the 17th).. i didn’t have sex at until the 30th then again on the 1st & 2nd of October. I’m currently taking the medication TOP as well, w/ double dosage.. idk if that could be one of the side effects. Could it just be causing me to over produce ? Am I just ovulating? Please help.
