Been TTC

Just in the past week I've been noticing some changes such as fatigue, constant urination, nausea and vomiting, constipation, I'm getting a bit moody, my breast feels heavy, having these cramps, and my vaginal area has been coming and going.

My period is supposed to be coming soon. I've tested negative on the pregnancy test, but seeing the doctor tomorrow. I don't know if its because I tested it too early or if its the stress causing this cause I never had it hit me all at once.
