Sharp pains in cervix?

I'm 11 weeks and 4 days and occasionally I've had some cramping but it usually happens when I move wrong and it's been happening since 6 weeks. Everything w as s good at my OB appointment 3 weeks ago though. But tonight I started getting sharp pains that feel like they are coming from my cervix. I'm not having any uterine cramping or bleeding, just the pains in my cervix. How concerned should I be? I am so afraid to lose this baby especially after I lost one in June. My ob office isnt open until morning.
