Help me out- Birth control & babies

Destiny • 24. Nelson ❤️

So I’m currently 23. I got on the nexplanon at age 16 I did 2 (3 years), so I got it, removed it, got it again and once again removed it, after it expired, so I actually removed it last year in October 2017, and haven’t had a period since then. As of two days ago 10/6/18... a year later I just got my period again, now that I actually received my period, will I be able to get pregnant soon ?

Basically I was on the birth control for 6years 2011-2017 back to back and when I stopped in 2017 I didn’t receive a period for a year until now. I’ve downloaded this app when I first removed my birth control last year in hopes to get pregnant right away and it has now been a year, it wasn’t the case then and I’m hoping now is the time. I need some constructive knowledge laid on me ladies. ❤️ I have hope and patience, I would love to get pregnant in January so I can have an October baby 🧡 so my question is if now that I have my period will I be able to get pregnant in hopefully 3 months
