Blood flow 1 week 6 days later

I was having normal flow that was decreasing until today, a 4-5 hr span and i saw this in my pad.
When i wiped, there was a little more of this bloody discharge.
I had a 2 degree tear in my labor/delivery. So had stitches and swelling.
I am not sure if this should have been expected or should i call my ob office and ask them to see me.
