Hi all,

I’ve been on birth control for the past 3 years and have been very regular with it. About two weeks ago I decided to stop taking it due to medical reasons. I stopped taking it on a Thursday, three days later I got my period and it was heavier than normal(prob for not taking the pill anymore), my period lasted Sunday-Friday and the next Thursday I took a pregnancy to be safe. It said negative. I did have sex the Monday before stopping the pill, and sperm can live up to five days. So I’m a little concerned that I am going to miss my next period. Any advice to calm my nerves?
