No, those look like the bites I would get when I slept over at my friend’s house. She had bed bugs and didn’t tell me because they didn’t bite her so she thought they don’t bite or whatever. I found out I am allergic to bed bug bites as well. But yes, bed bugs cluster feed. Usually their bites are all in a straight line or right next to each other which is similar to your bites. Definitely check in between your mattress and your bed frames. Bed bugs leave markings on mattresses. You should google how it looks and google more information about them.
