Follicle test done today

Im 40 yrs old and i had a follicle test done today and The only thing the Ultrasound tech told that me is that she can see follicles. She couldn’t tell me how many. Last June I went to a different fertility specialist who told me ovarian reserve was at .01. He told me I wouldn’t be able to have a baby without

. Then I got pregnant in April and miscarried at 8 weeks in June. I’m terrified of these results. Next week I go in to have an HSG done. My emotions are all over the place.
