Post Partum Bleeding

I'm 9 weeks post partum and I'm still bleeding my doctor said it wasnt anything to be concerned about but its just frustrating me. I am on the depo and I realize it could be from that. I'm just wondering if theres anything I can do or if I'm just stuck waiting forever to stop bleeding?
