Running post csection
My last csection I didn’t get into fitness until my son was 2 years old. This time around I’m itching to get back into running. I’m 6 weeks post partum and was given the all clear. Obviously not going to start now, going to start with a lot of long walks and some diastisis recti exercises/light strength training. What were y’alls experiences with getting back into running after csection? What am I in for?
