Help!
I was on mirena for 3 years. 3 years no periods or babies or anything. I recently got off to ttc and oh my God the cramps. I feel like I'm dying. I have PCOS and potential endometriosis and this pain so so severe it feels like its detaching my femur at the socket. I generally think of myself as a pretty tough person, but I'm about to cry. How do you guys manage?
