Am I alone?

So it’s been a bumpy ride in the TTC road.. after several miscarriages I’m having a hard time purchasing anything. I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant with a healthy boy. How ever my anxiety of something going wrong is so high! I can’t seem to buy anything baby related for fear of something going wrong and having to walk past an empty nursery.. anyone else dealing with the same issue or am I alone? Any advise?

At 26 weeks, baby has a good chance of surviving outside the womb with NICU help. I know it's hard and you're asking, you just got to tell yourself that everything will be alright. If it makes you feel better, wait until you're around 33-34 weeks pregnant and then get prepared for baby. Just take it one day at a time and if you feel like anything is wrong with your baby, always call your doctor. That's what they are there for. And make sure you feel baby moving throughout the day. 🙂

I also won’t buy anything for the same reason, and I get a bit angry when people want to buy stuff as I feel it is bad luck, I’m just over 25 weeks, gonna leave it until Christmas and then have a mad panic 😬😆

Your not alone it was really hard for to except I was pregnant even after all the test and blood work came back positive. Having a miscarriage even if only one really does something to a women's psyche! Iam 27 weeks and 4 days now and just purchased my first outfit for our little girl and it really helped me get over the fear of losing her! Just start small but one little thing a onesie, booties, socks or hat something little and start there take your time dont rush it you'll get there :)

You are not alone. I totally get it. The majority of what we have came from my sisters ... it’s hard to believe it’s really happening!
