Clean the area you are shaving well first and use a fresh clean razor. Razor burn is bacteria that gets in the skin when you shave.

I use conditioner instead of shave cream, and a thick lotion/cream after. If I don't my skin gets irritated and causes bumps.

I bought some stuff at an adult store says rash free by couchy I used it yesterday and everywhere I put it isn't irritated...the spots that I didn't cover are though. It was 12.95 for a kinda small bottle but it's a miricle cream. Also you can try Vaseline but if oils make you break out be cautious. Anthor trick I heard was rubbing deodorant on after the shower

I recommend Coochy shave cream and after spray along with a fresh razor. I use the Venus Embrace and/or Gillette ProGlide (electric) razor.
