Hey ladies!

I’m exclusively pumping for my LO. I have a spectra and I pump 15 to 20 minutes each session.

Lately, when I get done pumping, I will have just a brief sharp pain on the underside of my boob. Now I’ve had clogged ducts and I’ve been quite proactive about massaging my entire boob while pumping. So I’m pretty sure I’m getting quite empty.

Does anyone else experience this? Do you know what could be causing it?

I don’t believe I have an infection or anything. I keep my pump parts very clean!
