Best age gap between siblings?

What would you say? I’m simply curious on how you ladies may pick, if you could. I know it hardly ever works out the way you want it to :) my sons 18 Months and Iv just found out I’m pregnant, so he’d be just over 2 years old! I was hoping to have him out of nappies before a second, gotta get that potty out 😂

I say 2. 
All of my siblings have a 2 year gap between them. Oldest is 31, middle is 29, and the youngest (of those three) is 27. The three of them have always been super close and best friends. 
Where as I’m 23 and they all feel more like parents than siblings to me. I actually feel bad for my son because when this baby is born he’ll be 8 years old and to me that’s a BIG age gap.

I don’t think there’s a “best” age gap for anyone. It all just depends on what’s best for your family!

I am pregnant now and it was really tough for the first trimester into the second with nausea, progesterone capsules, placenta previa... I couldn’t lift or bend until my placenta migrated. Because of this I am planning with my husband to not think about our second until he’s preschool aged and won’t need me to carry him around or change diapers or what not. It’ll also be really cute at that age since he’ll understand that a baby is on the way.

I got pregnant when my son turned 19 months , he'll be 2 years and 3 or 4 months when baby is here.

In my family I’m 23, brother is 21, sister is 17,  brother is 15. 
My fiancé is 23, brother 21, brother 15 
Our family: oldest 2.5, 2nd due December (our oldest will turn 3 in February)
