my breastmilk will fill one of my breast up completely to where it would hurt but won’t fill the other one up until majority of the milk is out the other one .. is that normal?? i’m pumping and breastfeeding a d my baby only latched onto 1 breast most of the time because my other nipple is kind of flat ..could that be the reason it gets throwed off ?

Absolutely that’s the reason. Your baby is telling that one breast to make more milk.

If you’re feeding more from one breast you will produce way more milk then the other.

Yes. The baby is more effective than a pump so yes, the baby is making your one side produce more. You need to switch and try and make her latch to the other side

Try a different position on the boob that seems to be less full. In the beginning, my guy did not love nursing on one side and my boobs got a little of balance. I was using football hold for both. I tried cradle on the less full boob and he was way happier! Different positions help with nipples hurting too.
