Freaking out.
Okay. Last month I had ONE day of semi heavy bleeding.. and then 1 day of spotting. I usually have a pretty medium to heavy flow 3-4 day cycle. I have been off my birth control for 3 months. So, my question is, period or weird implantation bleeding?
