Is more discharge than normal a sign of pregnancy? I’ve had three kids but never had that with them....

I’ve been on the pill, and at the end of the month I forgot to go get my pills for the next month. Here recently I got sick feeling nauseated and headaches and thought I could possible be pregnant. I took a test and it was negative. Well I’ve had a lot of discharge these past couple of days more than normal. So, I’m wondering if I am pregnant if I tested way to early? I’m kinda confused because it’s never been like that before. Anyone have any experiences like this?
