Looking for some perspective.

I had an ultrasound around 5 weeks and nothing was visible. I went back two weeks later and there was a sac, but no fetal pole. My dr has me coming back on Friday to see if there is any progression and a fetal pole and heartbeat are visible. She said she doesn’t want to jump to any conclusions until after this ultrasound. My HCG levels have been rising appropriately. I have had 2 prior c sections and have always been told my uterus is very high and titled.

Has anyone had a similar experience with a positive ending?
