Freaking out.. loss of pregnancy symptoms

I am 5 weeks and 4 days along and have had a complete loss of pregnancy symptoms. My breasts stopped hurting, no nausea and I am no longer completely exhausted. I had a miscarriage in June so now I’m panicking! I had my hcg drawn three times last week and they came back as follows

October 1st - 721

October 3rd- 1798

October 5th- 4228

I know my hcg was good on Friday but I’m scared that something happened since then, maybe I over did it at work 😣😭
