What are the risks to getting pregnant right after a miscarriage before having a period first?

i got pregnant right away after a miscarriage, didn’t even get another period, 34 weeks now with a healthy baby thats growing well

I went for a scan and was told that baby had no heartbeat so I am literally waiting for my miscarriage to happen at home. I haven’t been told when we can start again or anything, but we want to try again straight away

Listening too! I keep reading you can try right away because you are “extra” fertile and also things that say wait at least one cycle.

My doctor told me there is an increased risk for another miscarriage, low birth weight and preterm delivery. But I also had a d&c so I think that makes a difference. Body had to regrow uterine lining.
