I need help ladies!

Okay so me and my SO had intercourse on the 29th he did cum in me. I missed my period for September (I’m irregular) which I took a test it was negative. I got what I believe was my period on October 3rd. It lasted about 3 days. Light bleeding nothing heavy. So today, me and my SO had intercourse and after I had some pinkish brownish discharge when I wiped. Implantation bleeding? Or because the sex may have been rough that happened?

I haven’t been feeling the best lately but I just want some insight before I test! Thanks!
