Upper body workout caused pressure/tension to my pelvic/cervix area. Have you experienced this?
Today's 2/3 into my upper body workout I had some tension and pressure down south. I got through the rest of the workout with less weight, but wanted to know if others experienced this, and if you think I possibly over did it. Prior to pregnancy, I ran 5ks multiple times a week, did beach body programs, les mills programs, weight lifted or really anything that challenged me. Today is the first time I've lifted weight (granted it wasn't very much) and I felt this odd pressure/full/tense feeling. Insight is appreciated.
