So I have a 4 year old sister and she wakes up screaming, crying, and kicking at random times in the night. Mom says its bad dreams or night terrors but when I ask her about it she says that she doesn't have bad dreams and she remembers all of her dreams and wakes me up for school in the morning telling me all about her dream so I don't think she's just not remembering. I asked her earlier when she woke up crying if she had had a bad dream and she said no. When I ask what's wrong she just crys and says she's scared. Its been going on for a while now and I don't know what to do... please help...
