Was my husband being mean?

We were at my OBGYN, for my appointment. We were in the waiting area waiting to be called for a blood draw. He hasn’t been to the doctor in years for financial reasons but I have insurance so I go frequently.

There were a few people that were called even though we were there first. My husband started getting upset and huffing. I knew that was just the way healthcare is, you have to wait sometimes. Another person got called and I told him to please stop and he wouldn’t stop huffing and telling me to confront a staff member and ask why I wasn’t next. He told me he wouldn’t stop. I told him to wait in the car if he was that upset and he told me if he went to the car now he wouldn’t be there when I was done with my blood draw. I started crying and he didn’t care. There was a lady near us who I’m sure heard everything and I was so so embarrassed.

He turned it around completely when I got called, and acted like everything was great once we left.

Idk what to do or say.
