Will drinking some apple juice help my constipation?

I’ve been having a very hard time using the bathroom! It sucks. I know prune juice may help but I had heard apple juice would as well. Is it okay to drink and will it actually help?

Take a table spoon of flax seed. It’ll move your intestines :) if 1 tablespoon does t work you can do 1-6 per day

I don't know about some juice but I went to a smoothie bar that offers dates in the blend and that worked amazingly! So I recommend dates lol.

For some people it really does work. They sometimes warm it up. It doesn’t work for me though. I usually have to resort to miralax

It doesn't work for me but my husband says it works for him sometimes! Lol I haven't went in a week so I feel your pain. I finally broke down and took ducolax today and it literally made me feel like I was dying. But 5 hours later I finally went. And boy did it go and I felt so much better. But the cramping made me so scared that I was going to loose the baby. So not doing that again. Go for apple or prune juice first!

That is what my doctor recommended to me at my last appt. it hasn’t worked for me... but 🤷‍♀️ it probably does for some since he recommended it. I’m trying prune juice today!

It's fine to drink, I've had a ton of Apple cider. My sister recommended juice to me because...  Well, have you seen a kids diaper after you give them juice?! 😂
But it may or may not be effective enough for you.
