My period is 7 days late, I took 2 pregnancy test before I was late and they were negative. But I have very painful cramping also I only have 1 ovary, this will be my third pregnancy but the first one without two ovaries so I don’t what’s going on. I’ll appreciate any opinions or past experiences.

Forgot to mention that I was taking the pill, I missed two (14th and 15th Sep) and then I stop taking them on the 23th because I forgot to two again, so after that I start feeling sick.
