Motion Sickness??

Question

I've never dealt with motion sickness. But the last couple of months I've noticed I've been getting motion sickness when its close to my period time..and during. 
I ride the school bus each morning and have been doing so for the last year. 
Has anyone else dealt with this?? I'm here on the bus now feeling so nauseated!

Nothing really helps but stay off your phone and don’t read just sip water and stare ahead or lean back and rest your head and try sitting closer to the front if possible. If I play on my phone or even text it gets worse. Motion sickness blows 😞

I swear by Bonine.  You can get it over the counter at Walmart and it's a once a day, chewable tablet.  My mom and I both deal with motion sickness and that stuff knocks it out within 15 minutes.
