Chiropractors: Good or Bad?

Question

My ribs has been out for a few days and I went to the chiropractor because I love that dude but my boyfriend, because of his mother thinks they are bad for you. What do you think?

I think chiropractors get a bad reputation because some claim they can "cure" a bunch of stuff that is BS. What they can do is pretty limited. But damn it feels so good to get adjusted every once in a while. I used to go every week. No regrets.

The only way I could walk while pregnant was because the chiro adjuster to alleviate sciatic pain. Now they adjust my neck because I have damage that is causing extreme headaches. Not all chiros adjust the same way. It took me visits to a few before I found one I like. She not only adjusts but she also gives me a little massage with some warming cream so the muscles relax and allow for the adjustment to happen and hold.

My cousin and his wife are both Chiropractors.....they’re awesome.  Always feel better after an alignment and a massage .

I love to get my back adjusted!! It feels amazing!! But I wouldn’t let them do your neck. I’ve had my neck done a couple times and it was scary asf.
