Sooooo, my daughter is 15 mo old, and she started with a fever two days ago. We gave her some Tylenol and put her to bed and hoped that she’d feel better in the morning. Well yesterday she woke up at 4:50 am screaming on top of her lungs. I gave her a bottle and her body felt like it was on fire. Took her temp, it was 100.7. Gave her Motrin and we watched cartoons. She cried non stop from 5 am until I put her down for a nap at 8. Woke up crying again. And I’m talking SCREAMING CRYING. 😞 I called the pediatrician and we went in to see him. I for sure thought ear infection. Well it turns out she has a UTI and it’s from her BUBBLE BATH. I had NO clue that could even happen. I felt like the worst mama ever! She’s much better today after 16 hours of sleep and antibiotics. Am I the only one who had no clue that happens?!?!?
